How It Works

1. First... Find your Videos!

Sometimes, this can be the hardest part... Over time we tend to lose track of those things that we don't use often.

And, videotapes and film reels from our past fall into this category. They are a hassle to use and inconvenient to store. So, they can get exiled to the attic, the garage, and other long-forgotten locations.

Don't give up though! Take the first step to bring back all those wonderful memories!

2. Get Organized

This doesn't have to be a long process. Get started by making sure that each tape, film reel or disc has a label that identifies the content.

Also, create a list containing a brief description of each item, and include a copy of this list when you mail in your media.

Lastly, give some thought to which items are 'favorites'. These are the tapes or reels might merit some extra perks! We offer add-on options that you might want to take advantage of for these items.

'Video Touch-ups'

This option includes manual removal of 'blank' frames (e.g. at start or end), video 'snow', small exposure/color adjustments, etc. using a video editor.

'AI-Enhanced Bundle'

This option uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) software to enhance video clarity/sharpness; also includes Video Touch-Ups.

3. Create your Order

Start by clicking on the 'Login' link from the menu to create an account with us. Your email address and a password are the only requirements. No other information is collected.

Within a few minutes you should receive an email from us indicating that you have an approved account.

After this, just click on the 'Create My Order' link at the top of the page to begin adding items to your order. If you run into any issues or just have questions, use the main 'Contact Us' link to notify us.

Also, consider clicking on the 'Add-on Items' link in the menu to add any extra USB Flash Drives to your order. These make great gifts!

4. Package & Ship your Videos

When you're ready to ship your videos, use this address:

This mailing address is located at our local UPS Store, less than 5 minutes from us. We rely upon The UPS Store for their secure storage & auditing processes.

We receive immediate notice of all deliveries, and in most cases we can pick-up your shipment just minutes after it arrives.

Other notes:

Be sure to include your address in the 'Return Address' location.

Use bubble-wrap around the items to provide a barrier between the items and the box. And, be sure to request a shipment tracking number.

Finally, use the 'Contact Us' link to notify us that you've shipped your items for processing. We'll send you a confirmation email once we receive them.

As soon as your media items have been processed, we'll send you an email with links to each video. Then, simply click on one of the links to launch a video player within your Internet browser, and view your video.

It's that simple. No software to install... no need to wait!

To get a local copy of the videos right away, click the 'Download' button at the top of the video player, then select 'Direct Download' to download to your PC or laptop. Repeat the process for each video link.

We'll also follow up separately by mailing you a free USB flash drive containing all of your videos for 'safe-keeping'. And, we'll email you with the expected arrival date for this.
